How does the AR frame work?
Simple:
1. Order & upload your video/photos
2. We send a preview in 1-2 days
3. You approve
4. We make it
5. Frame arrives - hang it up
6. Open camera → Point → Video plays
Just scan and enjoy. Works on iPhone and Android.
How long until my order arrives?
Standard products: (Magnets, Bookmarks, Stickers, Prints): 7-10 days
AR Frames: 7-11 days(includes preview approval time)
Everything is custom-made with YOUR photos. We need time to get it right.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Don't panic - we've got you.
- Take a 10-15 second video showing the damage
- Email it to support@luxemagics.com within 7 days
We'll respond within 2 business days and make it right.
Can I return a personalized product?
No - everything is custom-made with YOUR photos. We can't resell it to anyone else.
BUT: If it's damaged or we made an error, we'll absolutely fix it. Free replacement or full refund.
Do you ship across India?
Yes! All major cities and most towns.

- ₹49 for orders under ₹499

Can I preview my AR frame before you make it?
Yes! We send a preview within 1-2 days showing exactly how it'll look.
You must approve before we print. Want changes? Just tell us. We'll adjust and send a new preview.
We don't print until you're 100% happy.
