After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to:

refuse any order;
cancel suspected fraudulent transactions;
limit quantities purchased;
discontinue products;
correct pricing or inventory errors.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes will be charged where required by law.

We accept secure payments through Shopify's supported payment gateways, including:

Credit/Debit Cards
UPI
Net Banking
Cash on Delivery (available on eligible orders only)

Payment information is processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your card details.

Orders with failed or incomplete payments will not be processed.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may require a partial advance payment.

5. Personalized Products

Most Luxe Magics products are made specifically for each customer.

When uploading photos, artwork, or text, you confirm that:

you own or have permission to use the content;
the content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights;
the content is lawful and does not contain offensive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal material.

You are responsible for:

spelling;
personalization details;
uploaded image quality.

Poor-quality uploads may result in lower print quality.

We reserve the right to reject any order containing inappropriate or unlawful content.

6. Production & Order Changes

Because personalized products enter production quickly:

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun.
Requests to change personalization details will be accommodated only if production has not started.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customer approval delays.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only.

Actual delivery may vary due to:

courier delays;
weather conditions;
public holidays;
government restrictions;
force majeure events.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are custom-made:

personalized products cannot be returned due to change of mind;
returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

To request a replacement or refund, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

an unboxing video;
photographs of the issue;
the order number.

Approved refunds will generally be processed:

5–7 business days (prepaid orders)
7–10 business days (Cash on Delivery orders)
